Orders are processed as promptly as possible after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Mr Grumps Barbecue And More. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us promptly with your order number so we can review the issue.
